The role includes developing cost-reduction plans, implementing new technologies, and leading equipment and process changes from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate holds an ABET-accredited engineering degree and 0–5 years in manufacturing engineering, with proficiency in CAD tools and PLC/robotics programming.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• 0-5 years in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Experience leading projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience launching multiple new product launches preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Production and Maintenance to solve quality, safety, and productivity issues.
• Develop & execute plans for manufacturing cost reductions with 5M efficiency and new technologies.
• Coordinate implementation of new products and product engineering changes into mass production.
• Establish and maintain the Process Control Plan for quality and validation within the product line.
• Make recommendations for capital investments to improve quality, safety and productivity.
