Job summary

DiaSorin is seeking a Process Engineer I to join our Austin, TX manufacturing team. You will identify opportunities to improve processes, drive cost reductions, and implement tooling and equipment to boost efficiency and quality.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering and have 2+ years of process engineering or manufacturing experience in a GMP/ISO environment. This role offers a competitive package and growth opportunities with DiaSorin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years process engineering or manufacturing experience in a relevant GMP/ISO environment.
• Advanced knowledge of cGMP regulations and strong data analysis skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint; Lean/Six Sigma methods.

Responsibilities

• Leads major process improvement initiatives from identification to execution.
• Identifies gaps, develops project plans, and tracks cost reductions.
• Applies Lean, DMAIC, Kaizen and PDCA to maximize yield and capacity.
• Creates and maintains manufacturing instructions and process routings.
• Manages validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new/existing processes.
• Analyzes factory data to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
