Job summary

DiaSorin is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for its Austin, Texas location to oversee defined manufacturing sections and manage associated staff. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years relevant experience in FDA regulated environments, or an Associate's Degree with 8+ years of manufacturing experience.

The Supervisor will be responsible for producing high-quality manufacturing outputs and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. A strong understanding of Manufacturing Resource Planning systems is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5+ years relevant experience in FDA regulated manufacturing.
• Associate's Degree required with 8+ years relevant experience in FDA regulated manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing personnel and coordinate daily work schedules.
• Manage training plans for team members on systems and processes.
• Oversee completion of manufacturing process documentation.

Skills

Mathematics aptitude

Knowledge of Electro-Mechanical Assembly

Statistical aptitude

Knowledge of clean manufacturing environments

ISO 13485 and FDA Quality System knowledge

Proficiency in use of Manufacturing Resource Planning systems

Education

Associate's Degree in Engineering/Technology or related field

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology or related field
