Job summary

PECNA is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead lean transformation across line operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will coach operators and managers, drive daily management systems, and work with the value stream to eliminate waste through structured problem solving and visual management.

Qualifications include 2+ years in CI, strong communication, and experience with A3s, JDI, and Kaizen. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of continuous improvement manufacturing experience.
• Strong technical background in high volume manufacturing.
• Experience in Process Development & Process Improvement.
• Ability to work at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop line operations leaders across shifts.
• Support CI coaches and ensure consistency across shifts.
• Lead daily management and problem solving during Gemba walks.
• Transform value stream to focus on customer value and continuous improvement.
• Develop value stream maps and future state targets.
• Define lean transformation plans using A3s and JDI's.
• Deliver lean training on tools and concepts.
• Lead Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs) and ensure follow-through.
