Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Process Engineer to support process development of new products within Soup & Broth R&D, collaborating with senior engineers to implement new processes and improve manufacturing issues. Strong documentation and working knowledge of experiments are required.

You will report to the R&D Manager – Process Engineering and partner with experienced engineers on project work, while growing technical leadership and cross-functional skills across R&D and

Qualifications

• BS Engineering required.
• 1 year in food/chemical Eng in R&D or manufacturing.
• Travel >25% to thermal or co-manufacturing facilities.
• Basic scale-up understanding and manufacturing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on feasibility studies and new product/process initiatives.
• Evaluate formula margins with Enabler Acceleration Team.
• Develop test plans for feasibility work and document results.
• Learn plant/pilot plant equipment for scale-up.
• Troubleshoot product and ingredient technical issues.
• Partner with R&D Innovation to solve process challenges.
