Job summary

ProQuality Network seeks an Engineer to support process characterization, optimization, and troubleshooting in manufacturing and capital projects. Under supervision, you will apply fundamental engineering principles to design modifications and execute experiments.

The role involves presenting results of limited-scope projects and coordinating with multiple departments. Requirements include a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Engineering with 2+ years of experience, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of engineering experience.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments in pharma/biotech.
• Familiarity with validation, packaging equipment, and process characterization.
• Ability to interpret GLP and GMP requirements and apply engineering principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; experience conducting CAPAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Apply standard engineering techniques under supervision and investigate limited variables.
• Support process characterization, validation, monitoring, and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop system modification requirements.
• Prepare basic technical reports and presentations for engineering projects.
