Qualifications

- Leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement engineering solutions for manufacturing challenges.
- Plan, organize, and interpret engineering data to support decisions.
- Lead equipment reliability and maintenance strategy improvements.
