Job summary

ProQuality Network is seeking an Engineer to support process characterization, optimization strategies, and operational troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on equipment reliability, PM strategies, and capital projects within a GMP/GLP regulated environment.

The position requires a graduate degree in engineering with 2+ years of experience, CMMS ownership, and collaboration across R&D, Production, Quality, and Validation teams. On-site in Juncos, PR for a 6‑month term.

Qualifications

Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 2 years of engineering experience.
Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance ownership is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to work in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical solutions for a range of problems with moderate scope and complexity.
Support maintenance strategies and reliability improvements for manufacturing equipment.
Collaborate with multiple teams to design, modify, and implement equipment projects.
Lead deviations and CAPAs within the assigned area of expertise.
Audit performance and ensure GMP/GLP compliance.
