Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Process Engineering Specialist to analyze operations, develop efficient procedures, and partner with HSE, Quality, Production, Maintenance, Inventory, and Test to roll out GPG-standard products.

You will drive Kaizen events, create Work Instructions, improve flow, and ensure safety and quality while solving problems with data-driven methods.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with production or manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement principles.
• Ability to analyze data using standard engineering and computer tools.
• Strong communication skills across departments and teams.
