Job summary

Nippon Sanso MATHESON in Irving, Texas seeks a Process Engineer with ASU experience to provide process engineering support for the Remote Operations Center and to troubleshoot operational issues.

You will drive productivity projects, monitor performance data, and assist with startup/shutdown of plant equipment, while training ROC Operators on ASU Operation, Process Safety and plant specifics.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of process engineering experience including ASU experience.
• Knowledge of ASU process theory and related equipment associated with the process.

Responsibilities

• Support the Remote Operations Center for troubleshooting operational issues and plant start-ups.
• Identify and perform productivity projects.
• Optimize plant performance by tracking performance data and implementing the best operating plan for all respective plants.
• Assist with starting and stopping of plant machinery and processes in a safe manner as dictated by operating conditions and business needs.
• Train ROC Operators on ASU Operation, Process Safety and Individual Plants.
