Job summary

Linde is seeking a Senior OES Process Engineer to optimize air separation operations across multiple facilities, including Deer Park and The Woodlands. You will analyze plant data, run process models, and implement improvements to safety, reliability, and efficiency.

The role requires 10+ years in ASU, a degree in engineering, experience with startups/shutdowns, and travel up to 25%. You must be able to climb cold boxes and provide on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of experience in the Air Separation Unit (ASU) industry required.
• Experience with air separation plant operations, including startups, thaw, cooldown and restart.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States and provide on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Provide process optimization and operational engineering support across multiple ASU facilities.
• Monitor and analyze daily plant operating data for safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
• Use process models and data analysis to optimize plant performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide engineering recommendations for resolution.
• Ensure facility documentation complies with ASU process safety standards.
• Support plant turnarounds, startups, shutdowns, and thaw activities.
• Participate in RCA investigations and corrective action development.
• Identify and implement productivity improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
