Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of ASU industry experience.
• Experience with air separation plant operations, startups, thaw, cooldown, restart.
• Experience using process simulation software preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills and ability to work with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide process optimization and operational engineering support for multiple ASU facilities.
• Monitor and analyze daily plant operating data to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
• Utilize process models, historical data, statistical analysis tools, and simulation software to optimize plant performance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide engineering recommendations for resolution.
• Ensure facility documentation complies with ASU process safety standards and requirements.
• Support plant turnarounds, startups, shutdowns, and thaw activities.
• Participate in RCA investigations and corrective actions; drive productivity improvements.
