Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is hiring a Process Engineer in Indianapolis, IN to support a manufacturing project from final design through startup and commissioning. You will work with engineering, operations, quality and project teams to ensure successful execution.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering and experience in manufacturing process engineering, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry, with strong process optimization and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing process engineering, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support process design activities, equipment specifications, and technical documentation.
• Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and startup.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality and productivity.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing process and equipment issues during project execution and ramp-up.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality and project teams to meet milestones.
