Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years experience in the Coatings industry preferred.
• Able to work with solvents, machinery and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Define process parameters, tooling and specifications to meet production performance metrics.
• Resolve production issues to enable production to meet demand and quality goals.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis on chronic process problems.
