Job summary
Ring Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Chemical Engineer to lead and assist in process design for new and existing facilities. Responsibilities include field evaluations, calculations, developing PFDs and P&IDs, and interfacing with clients. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience. A robust benefits package is offered along with a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $130,000 annually.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
E.I.T. preferred, PE license is a plus.
Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines required.
Responsibilities
Conduct field and technical evaluations of existing process units.
Perform calculations, develop PFDs and P&IDs, and provide design documentation.
Interface with Clients and Construction, attend meetings, and provide reports.
Provide technical support for field execution, including outage/turnaround projects.

Knowledge of P&ID development
Heat and material balances
Hydraulic and equipment sizing calculations
Relief device sizing
API standards
ASME codes
Process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS)
Strong organizational skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Education
