Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a science-related field.
• 3-5 years of process or manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
• Apply engineering principles to solve manufacturing problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using data-driven analysis and engineering judgment.
• Lead or participate in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen initiatives and capital projects.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and product development to implement changes.
• Coordinate trials, scale-up, and transitions from development to production.
