Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required with 5+ years in manufacturing (chemical manufacturing preferred).
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification required.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, cost reduction and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Lean tools such as Kaizen, value stream mapping and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Process Improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and throughput.
• Manage and execute Lean and Six Sigma projects, including Kaizen events and value stream mapping.
• Analyze operational and production data to identify inefficiencies and determine root causes.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Partner cross-functionally with production, supply chain, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure sustainable process improvements.
• Support strategic planning efforts related to plant operations and efficiency.
