• Automated Fiber Placement experience.
• Experience with interrogating machine efficiency and reducing waste.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• High initiative, self-motivation and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Capital equipment implementation experience is a plus.
