Job summary

RSCC Wire & Cable LLC in East Granby, CT is seeking a Process Engineer to improve manufacturing processes and implement new equipment to support growth and performance.

You will lead CAPEX projects, develop process windows, drive cost reduction, and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

Bachelor's degree required; five years in manufacturing engineering or ten in related fields; travel to Marmon facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Manufacturing/Process/Production Engineering in a wire and cable manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing training or Six Sigma training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement new equipment, technologies, and production processes to support growth and objectives.
• Develop, justify, and execute CAPEX projects from RFQ to commissioning.
• Drive safety, quality, cost reduction, and productivity improvements across manufacturing lines.
• Lead crossfunctional teams and coach supervisors on new processes and procedures.
• Audit manufacturing and quality control procedures and recommend improvements.
