Job summary

Rhenus-Group is seeking a Process Engineer to develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through startup and certification. You will define specifications, plan floor layouts and collaborate across departments to improve efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or 8 years of relevant experience, strong AUTOCAD skills, and excellent English communication. Automotive industry experience is preferred and you will work on production initiatives.

Qualifications

• Advanced computer skills including AUTOCAD
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Professional experience in production
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Define specifications and requirements for production processes and equipment
• Design and plan the layout of the production floor
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure process efficiency
• Analyse processes based on applicable requirements and standards
• Design and implement solutions for production incidents
• Take preventative and corrective actions and assess their effectiveness
