Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or manufacturing engineering.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Familiar with machine vision systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement projects using lean and six sigma methodologies.
• Provide technical support to the automotive lighting manufacturing lines.
• Maintain work instructions and process flow documents.
• Train manufacturing personnel on new equipment and processes.
• Assist in debugging new equipment and troubleshooting existing problems.
• Lead activities with cross-functional teams.
