Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or manufacturing engineering.
3+ years of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
Familiar with machine vision systems.
Responsibilities
Drive continuous improvement projects using lean and six sigma methodologies.
Provide technical support to the automotive lighting manufacturing lines.
Maintain work instructions and process flow documents.
Train manufacturing personnel on new equipment and processes.
Assist in debugging new equipment and troubleshooting existing problems.
Lead activities with cross-functional teams.
