Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in an electronics manufacturing or SMT environment.
• Automotive industry experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Experience with Lean/5S principles preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain SMT manufacturing processes.
• Program and optimize SMT equipment.
• Perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions for defects.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Lead process capability studies and implement SPC.
• Collaborate with design engineering to improve manufacturability.
• Select materials to optimize yield and reliability.
• Support new product introductions from prototype to production.
• Train operators and technicians on SMT best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IPC standards.
