Job summary

Job Juncture in Michigan seeks a Process Engineer to support a new manufacturing group focused on cold plates for advanced electronics and data center cooling. You will help move from prototype builds to repeatable low-volume production, interfacing with customers, suppliers and all manufacturing groups.

This role offers advancement toward an Operations Manager position as the company grows and you apply your engineering skills to expand production capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in process engineering for aluminum fabrication and related processes.
• Ability to interface with customers and suppliers within a manufacturing environment.
• Track record of moving from prototype builds to production.

Job description

• You will support the new manufacturing group for cold plates production for advanced electronics and data center cooling.
• Process Engineering knowledge in some or all of the following:
  • Aluminum fabrication to include extrusion, welding, brazing, tube bending, CNC machining and pressing.
• Capable to interface to customers, suppliers and all manufacturing groups.
• If process engineering knowledge in the above is outside of aluminum you will be considered.

Duties:

• This is a new position reporting to the Plant Manager and the key Engineer to support new production of cool plates used for cooling data centers.
• You will take from prototype build to repeatable low volume production.
• Interface to customers, suppliers and all of the manufacturing group.
• This position offers advancement to a Operations Manager position.
• Join a growing company and use your engineering skills to advance to a Operations Manager position.
