Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical), Operations Research, or related fields.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience in sales operations or sales strategy in a mid-to-large-scale tech company.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling, process mining platforms, or automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives from diagnosis through implementation using Lean Six Sigma and data-driven methodologies to deliver measurable impact.
• Observe processes, identify bottlenecks through quantitative analysis and process mining, and translate findings into structured process designs.
• Define and standardize business processes with detail to be operationalized through AI agents and automation — specifying decision logic and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable solutions; define measurement frameworks and SOPs during design.
• Drive adoption of standardized methodologies across organizations, influence senior stakeholders, and build repeatable frameworks that reduce complexity.
