Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to support our manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency on the plant floor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
3–4 years of Operations/Process Engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and improvement methodologies.
Experience with statistical tools to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement process improvements to safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.
Lead process optimization studies and trials to improve operations.
Analyze processes, equipment, materials, and production methods for improvement.
Support Lean and 5S initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot production challenges and investigate deviations.
