Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to support our manufacturing operations and drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. You will provide technical expertise, lead process improvement initiatives, and collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain and EHS teams to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
3–4 years of experience in Operations/Process Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and process improvement methodologies.
Experience with statistical tools and data analysis to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges.

Responsibilities

Drive process optimization and continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
Conduct process optimization studies and manufacturing trials to improve existing operations.
Develop process designs for small to medium-sized improvement initiatives and capital projects.
Analyze manufacturing processes, equipment, materials, and production methods to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives to improve operational efficiency and introduce new methods and technologies.
