Job summary

Akina Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer 2 in Annapolis Junction, MD, to lead process improvement initiatives, document current and future processes, and coordinate enterprise-wide engineering integrations.

The role requires extensive PI experience, facilitation and training skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A TS/SCI clearance is required, with compensation in the $166k–$202k range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years' experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Five (5) years’ experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or education from an accredited college or university is required.

PE2 Qualifications:

Ten (10) years' experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

Experience is to include, within the past ten (10) years, five (5) years’ experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.

A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or education from an accredited college or university is required.

Salary Range: $166k-$202k (Annually)

The range displayed above is a likely salary range for this position. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possible contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
