Job summary

Henkel Corporation on-site role in West Hazleton focuses on reducing process losses and strengthening problem-solving capabilities on the manufacturing floor. You will define and improve equipment standards and collaborate with training to close operator capability gaps, enabling consistent execution of improvements.

You will prioritize top losses with line management, design data collection systems for key process parameters, and spend most of your time solving floor-level issues to prevent

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and eliminate process losses
• Lead and build the capability of Problem Solving (Lead Problem Solving Workshops)
• Define and improve equipment standards (CL, CILT, DH, TBM) through Problem Solving
• Work with training manager to close capability gaps of the Operators ensuring the team can execute the improved equipment standards
• Work with line management to prioritize improvement opportunities (top losses)
• Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters
• Regular monitoring of the area regarding centerline, defects and standards & development of improvement plans
• Become a technical expert for a designated process
• Spend 80% of time on the floor (mainly) working on Problem Solving to kill stops
