Job summary

ZIP-PAK an ITW Company in Ottawa, IL is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements across our largest volume facility. You will optimize operations, support new product introductions, and troubleshoot production issues to sustain high quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3–5 years in manufacturing, and hands-on experience with automation and PLCs. Strong analytical and teamwork skills are essential.

Compensation Information

The salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 annually. The pay rate for a successful candidate will depend on the geographic location, this salary range is for a successful candidate in the Chicagoland area. The specific hiring rate within the posted range will depend on the candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
