Responsibilities

• Create detailed work instructions and operation sheets from customer blueprints
• Design and develop fixtures, work holdings, and special tooling
• Write, edit, and prove out CNC programs
• Create PowerPoint presentations for customer approvals
• Review customer‑approved supplier lists and ensure specifications are current and accurate
• Balloon prints and generate inspection forms
• Support manufacturing processes from raw material through final shipment

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
