The engineer will develop process improvements, manage changes for product development, and create SOPs while leading safety

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate interdepartmentally.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Six Sigma and Lean project leadership.
• Highly proficient extracting and analyzing data.

• Develops written standard operating procedures and work instructions for key manufacturing processes.
