Job summary

Henkel in the United States is seeking an engineering professional to monitor KPI-driven processes in our chemical/manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of quality products while controlling costs, and you will stay current with technical developments in your field.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in engineering, 1–3 years experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably chemical engineering).
  • 1–3 years' experience in a Chemical or Manufacturing environment.
  • Self-Starter with strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (as stated).

The salary range for this role is $85,000.00 to $100,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
