Stryten Energy in Kansas City, MO, is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and project engineering, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operation of all production equipment, facilities and grounds.
You will direct capital planning, oversee equipment installations and TPM leadership, drive cost‑effective improvements, manage external contractors, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the site.

The Engineering & Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager and is responsible for leading the Engineering and Maintenance functions to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all production equipment, facilities, and grounds. This role develops and executes strategies that maximize equipment uptime, optimize asset performance, and support the plant's operational and business objectives.
The Engineering & Maintenance Manager provides leadership for capital planning, facility improvements, and equipment installations. This position evaluates, recommends, and oversees new production methods to overcome technological obstacles and maximize production while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This position will also act as the plant TPM lead and drive MRO processes.
