Stryten Energy in Kansas City, Missouri is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to ensure the operational efficiency of manufacturing equipment. Senior Maintenance Technicians are responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, repair, and optimization of manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to mills, punch presses, casting machines, and automated systems.
This role requires advanced knowledge of electrical, mechanical, PLC troubleshooting, and fabrication skills to diagnose issues, minimize downtime, and support efficient production. This position plays a key role in maintaining equipment performance, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and ensuring the overall efficiency of plant operations. We’re looking for a positive, hands‑on problem solver who’s ready to jump in and make an impact.
Pay rate is $36-$40 per hour, depending on experience.
Shifts Available: 1 – 12hr shift, nights 1 – 8hr shift (M-F), 2nd shift
