The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 3 years of process engineering experience, with strong analytical and communication skills to manage

  • Process Design and Implementation: Develop and design processes and procedures for new and existing products.

  • Lead and manage process engineering projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures and audits.

MPD Components, Inc. (“MPDC”) - manufactures and sells ceramic-to-metal assemblies, precision metal components, microwave components, and electron tubes used in military and commercial applications.We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and improve quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of process engineering principles.Key Responsibilities - Process Design and ImplementationDevelop and design processes and procedures for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Implement process changes and improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.Produce production documentation for both new and revised production processes.Process OptimizationAnalyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production process-related issues.Communicate with customers regarding proposed process changes.Analyze production data to ensure accuracy of production cost standards.
