The Process Engineer supports Sagepoint Energy and Sagepoint Logistics by providing technical engineering expertise across energy production, renewable natural gas (RNG), and logistics operations. This role is responsible for optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting capital projects from concept through commissioning. The Process Engineer works cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to identify process improvement opportunities, troubleshoot operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

While visiting project sites or production facilities, the employee may be exposed to wet or humid conditions and all‑season outdoor weather conditions such as extreme cold or extreme heat. The employee may occasionally work in proximity to moving mechanical parts, pressurized systems, fumes or airborne particles, biogas, and other conditions typical of energy production or logistics facilities. The employee may encounter frequent equipment and vehicle traffic during field visits.
Salary is paid on a bi‑weekly basis and will be consummate with the value and experience the candidate brings to the role. In addition to base salary, compensation includes the option to participate in company sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance plans and in a retirement savings program as well as paid personal time off and holidays. You will also be eligible for a monthly bonus and participation in the employee Long‑Term Incentive plan.
