Job summary

Confidential in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to design and implement optimized processes across the warehouse value stream. With 5+ years in warehousing and logistics, you will map, analyze, and improve operations, driving safety and efficiency.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma, work with cross-functional teams, and advance automation and WMS utilization. Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks and SOP development are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field with 5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics.
• 5 years of experience in process mapping, data analysis, and statistical analysis using Lean Six Sigma.
• 5 years of training in safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
• 5 years of experience using AutoCAD or SolidWorks and knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and implement optimal manufacturing and engineering process methodologies to continuously improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost in the process lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze warehouse processes to identify improvements in workflow design, material handling, equipment utilization, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety in warehouse operations.
• Design process flow diagrams, value stream maps, and other visuals to communicate changes and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to streamline warehouse processes.
• Collaborate with maintenance to maximize equipment efficiency.
• Conduct regular process audits to identify compliance gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and apply knowledge to enhance warehouse performance.
