Prent Corporation, a long‑standing family‑owned leader in thermoformed packaging, is seeking a Process Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot issues, and standardize setups.

You will work with manufacturing, engineering, quality and CI teams to boost productivity, quality and efficiency, developing procedures and training personnel as needed.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of thermoforming processes strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify process improvements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and standardize machine setups and operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and material utilization.
• Troubleshoot production and process-related issues.

• Assist with vision systems and inspection equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams on equipment, software, and process improvements.

About your new role:

We are seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations through process improvement, troubleshooting, training, and standardization of thermoforming processes. This role works closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and continuous improvement teams to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support and improve thermoforming manufacturing processes.
