From valves and cylinders to actuators and air handling assemblies, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing complex products to life—both at the component level and through final assembly.

In this dynamic role, you'll develop and refine manufacturing processes, implement standardized procedures, and design the tools and training that empower operators to succeed. Your work will directly influence production performance, product reliability, and operational excellence, all while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy optimizing processes from the ground up, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for pneumatic components and assemblies to improve efficiency and quality
  • Draft/implement written procedures to outline manufacturing or assembly steps
  • Implement process fixturing to facilitate manufacturing or assembly steps
  • Analyze production data (cycle time, scrap, downtime) and implement process improvements
  • Lead process‑based investigations and corrective actions associated with Nonconforming reports (NCRs) and/or Return Material Authorization (RMAs)
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  • Support new product introduction (NPI), including process design, tooling, and validation
  • Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability (DFM) of pneumatic products
  • Implement and improve automated assembly, testing systems, and process controls
  • Conduct root cause analysis and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (e.g., IS)
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably with mechanical or pneumatic products
  • Demonstrated experience with assembly processes, machining operations (CNC), and precision components
  • General understanding of sealing methods (O‑rings, gaskets), and leak prevention
  • Familiarity with pressure and flow testing methods and equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced production environment
    • Preferred Qualifications
      • Experience in pneumatic or fluid power manufacturing industry
      • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
      • Knowledge of ISO‑9001 or similar quality standards
      • Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design
      • Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC)
