Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Process Engineer position located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Daily tasks include analyzing workflow, monitoring production systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve process reliability. The role involves identifying areas for improvement and developing innovative solutions to optimize operations within the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Process Design and Process Engineering with the ability to develop, document, and optimize manufacturing workflows
  • Proficiency in Process Control methodologies to ensure consistency and quality across production systems
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve operational performance and resolve technical challenges
  • Knowledge in Chemical Engineering principles and their application in process development
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
  • Proficiency in utilizing manufacturing tools and technologies such as CNC machining and inspection equipment is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in aerospace manufacturing or related industries will be considered an advantage
