Compensation varies based on education, experience, skills, and location, with an anticipated salary range of $64,500 - $167,200. Full-time employees are eligible for bonuses, comprehensive benefits, including 401(k), pension, health coverage, flexible spending, insurance, and well-being programs. Lilly reserves the right to modify these programs as needed.
