Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead process optimization, formulation development, and continuous improvement in a high-volume compounding operation. You will optimize mixing, evaluate materials, develop robust formulations, support production teams, and drive Lean initiatives to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, or Chemistry.
• Experience with rubber compounding, mixing, molding, extrusion, and curing processes.
• Knowledge of polymers, formulation ingredients, and quality testing methods.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with SPC and continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across operations, quality, R&D, and customer-facing teams.
• A passion for improving product performance, efficiency, and manufacturing excellence.
