Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in mechanical/process/manufacturing engineering.
• Entry-level candidates will also be considered.
• Manufacturing or production environment experience preferred.
• Experience with process improvement, troubleshooting, or new product implementation.
• Glass manufacturing/fabrication experience is a plus, especially glass cutting, seaming, machining, or screen printing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively influencing and collaborating with others.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical data, measurements, documentation, and small components.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple priorities while adapting to changing project requirements.
• Travel occasionally as needed to support projects.
