Job summary

Teksky LLC in Ankeny, IA is seeking a hands-on Process / Tooling Engineer to drive process improvement, tooling performance, and production readiness on our growing manufacturing team. This role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience and hands-on expertise with injection molding and scientific molding techniques.

You will lead DOE, OQ/PQ, and process validations, troubleshoot equipment, and partner with Design, Quality, and Project Engineering to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Injection Molding / Plastics Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Scientific Molding.
• Experience with DOE, OQ/PQ, and process validation.
• Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
