Job summary

Qualifications

Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, Technical Communication, or a related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Experience developing technical documentation, work instructions, or manufacturing process documentation in a production environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage tracking and revision of all in-process work instructions at all revision stages.
Create and update all departmental instructions in document and video formats.
Translate complex information into clear, step-by-step guides for end users.
Verify effectiveness of new and updated work instructions and procedures.
Navigate and maintain revision control of the documentation system.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy and usability.
Schedule and coordinate data acquisition with technicians, engineers, and production personnel.
Adhere to plant and department safety rules and operate equipment.
Audit process control procedures for conformance and accuracy.
Perform root cause analysis on processes and facilitate solutions.
Provide general engineering support, including troubleshooting press parameters.
