Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in the UK is seeking a Process Development Technologist to lead NPD from concept to commercial production. You will collaborate with Technical, Operations and Supply Chain teams to deliver innovative products and optimise manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency.

The role requires a Food Science or related qualification and at least 3 years in food manufacturing or process development, plus HACCP Level 2 or 3.

Qualifications

• A Food Science, Food Technology or related qualification.
• At least 3 years' experience in food manufacturing or process development.
• Experience managing NPD or process development projects.
• HACCP Level 2 or 3 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development from concept through to factory launch.
• Plan and manage factory trials, first productions and product launches.
• Optimise manufacturing processes for quality, efficiency and consistency.
• Produce accurate trial documentation, specifications and reports.
• Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
• Coordinate sensory evaluations and shelf-life assessments.
• Champion food safety, quality and Health & Safety standards.

About the Role
