ADMA Biologics in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Scientist II, Analytical Development to advance analytical and bioanalytical methods for biologics. You will design experiments, qualify and validate assays, and guide transfer to QC teams while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, with expertise in HPLC, GC and analytical instrumentation, and strong data analysis skills. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a scientific field is required.
• At least five years of related experience with an advanced degree.
• PhD candidates require three years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, validate analytical and bioanalytical methods.
• Write SOPs and transfer methods to QC.
• Support regulatory submissions and FDA guidelines.
• Design experiments and write protocols for qualification/development.
• Perform assays or supervise analysts for qualification/validation.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to management or clients.
• Analyze data with statistical tools and report results.
• Review cGMP documentation and ensure traceability.
• Analyze samples using HPLC, GC, ion chromatography, spectroscopy, ELISA, etc.
• Contribute to method lifecycle improvement and automation.
