Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Scientist I to support the Process Development department in a fast-paced CDMO setting. The role involves extensive laboratory work, testing, and strategic client support for pharmaceutical development projects.

The position requires proficiency in wet chemistry and adherence to cGMP standards, with collaboration across QC, MTS, and Operations to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• 0-5 years' experience in pharmaceutical development or CDMO industry.
• Interest in clinical-phase development and analytical characterization of drug products.

Responsibilities

• Support Process Development projects and act as SME for formulation and process design.
• Assist senior scientists in experiments to reach project milestones.
• Participate in client calls providing technical updates and input.
• Support formulation design, sterile filtration, lyophilization, and post-processing for small molecules and biologics.
