Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel ~10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute experiments related to API process development and scale-up.
• Perform process development, technology development, and scale-up for production.
• Operate daily production activities in the pilot plant while ensuring GMP and safety.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and implement improved processes.
• Introduce new processes to internal/external manufacturing sites as products are brought to market.
