Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a Manufacturing and Process Engineer to support the Cooler Integration Team. You will own processes, develop work instructions, and work with Quality Engineering on corrective actions while coordinating with Production Control and Reliability teams.

The role requires 1–2 years of mechanical or electro-mechanical experience, a technical bachelor's degree, and the ability to learn cryocooler fabrication. Clean rooms and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years mechanical or electro-mechanical experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical discipline.
• Ability to quickly learn cryocooler fabrication and integration.
• Experience with microscopy and precision measurement tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document manufacturing processes and work instructions (5M method).
• Evaluate materials and production defects with Quality Engineering; coordinate corrective actions.
• Participate in MRB and handle ISO documentation and export control requirements.
• Perform MES/ERP transactions and train operators on new processes.
• Support equipment maintenance and tooling design for production improvements.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering on concurrent engineering and cost reduction.
